PAYPAL CASHOUT METHOD REQUIREMENTS ;

For PayPal to cashout perfectly you will need to have the following tools;

▪︎ PayPal itself

▪︎A fresh NON VBV CC and CVV, must be 100% correct (Check step 0 for choosing CC)

▪︎ Socks 5/ VPN/ RDP

▪︎A fully verified PayPal account i.e account spend funds

▪︎ Target site to card.

Note. To spend funds from log and cc becomes tricky since you do not have a verified PayPal account to link on.

5. CREATE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT

The approach of this method is important. Don’t just go directly to the PayPal website and try to create an account, let’s look like we wanted to buy a product and the site only offered PayPal as the payment method and thus we had to create one. You can still use egifter.com.

Try to add an item to cart, check out, when presented with options to pay choose PayPal and select create account.

Use your fullz info to fill the form. For mobile phone you can use Skype, Google voice etc. When you are in, confirm your e-mail and your phone number. Then add SSN, add your CC information.

6. PayPal checkout page. Once at the PayPal checkout page, it will prompt you to login and you will also get an option to check out with Credit or Debt, just click on that. Once you’re at that checkout as guest with Credit or Debt card. Enter the fresh non-VBV you acquired, for email use your email/drop email, for phone either change last digit of CC owner’s real phone number.
7. Checkout,: Once you filled everything out , Click Pay Now! … And … Guess what!  The best moment of your life … If You Get Redirected To A Error Page That Says “WE CANT PROCESS YOU PAYMENT AS THIS TIME” That Means IP Has Been Used On PayPal Before And Find Another IP. Don’t Use that with PayPal Again. Save your card for PayPal Method 2.
